Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the garlic, Gochujang, soy sauce, and brown sugar to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.

Add the chopped kimchi to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the kimchi is slightly softened.

Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
