Ingredients

1 pound boneless sausage

2 large eggs

1 cup frozen hashbrowns, thawed

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons butter

Preheat the oven to 350°F. While the oven is heating up, cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Remove the cooked sausage from the skillet and set aside.
