NO BAKE GRANOLA BARS – Simple & Delicious

Ingredients
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Melted Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Dried Fruit (cranberries, raisins)
1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (walnuts)
Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, peanut butter, and melted coconut oil. Stir until well combined.

Stir in the vanilla extract, salt, dried fruit, and chopped nuts.
