Ingredients
Peanut Butter
Granulated Sugar
Honey
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
Chopped Nuts
Chia Seeds
Coffee
Coconut Oil
Vanilla Extract
Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, honey, and coffee. Mix until smooth and well-combined.

Add in chopped nuts, chia seeds, oats and coconut oil to the mixture. Mix well.
3.
Sprinkle in vanilla extract and mix well.
4.
Pour the mixture onto a greased 8×8 inch baking dish and chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Once chilled, use a sharp knife to cut the mixture into bars. Serve and enjoy!
