This Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix is made with a vanilla cake mix and just 4 ingredients, ready in a little over an hour!

  • 229 ounce cans of sliced peaches in heavy syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 15.2 ounce box vanilla cake mix
  • 1 cup butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and prepare a 9×13 pan with a light coating of cooking spray, then set it aside.
  2. Next, drain both cans of peaches, and reserve a ½ cup of the heavy syrup for later.
  3. Spread the peaches across the bottom of the prepared pan in an even layer, and drizzle the reserved ½ cup heavy over the top.
  4. Next, sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the peaches.
  5. Using a small measuring cup, distribute the cake mix over the peaches in an even layer.
  6. Then, pour the melted butter over the cake mix.
  7. Bake the cobbler in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
