1 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded carrots
Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, soften the cream cheese by microwaving for 10 seconds.

Add the softened cream cheese to a medium-sized bowl. Mix in the sour cream, Dijon mustard, dried dill weed, paprika, salt and pepper until well combined.
