Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups mixed greens
1 large apple, diced

Cook the chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Let cool completely.
