2 cups Curly Kale, stems removed and discarded, leaves coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoon Lemon Zest
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
