Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil.

Form the ground beef into a ball and flatten it slightly. Place it in the skillet, and immediately use a spatula to smash it down to about 3/4 inch thick.

After 3-4 minutes, flip the burger over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle shredded cheese on half of it. Add the cooked burger on top of the cheese, followed by a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of cilantro.

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.
