★★★★★ (55 Reviews)
Ingredients
Pizza dough (homemade or store-bought, 1 1/2 pounds)
Marshmallow cream (8 ounces)
Milk chocolate chips (1 cup)
Heavy cream (1 cup)
Large marshmallows (8)
Mini graham crackers (1/2 cup)
Unsalted butter, melted (2 tablespoons)
Granulated sugar (1 tablespoon)
Sea salt (1/2 teaspoon)
Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly dust the pizza dough with sugar, then roll it out into a round, about 12 inches in diameter.
2.
Transfer the dough to a 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden and crispy.
3.
In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
4.
Arrange the mini graham crackers on top of the partially baked pizza crust in a pattern. You can overlap them a bit.
5.
Top the graham crackers with the melted chocolate mixture, then dollop with marshmallow cream and arrange the large marshmallows on top. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted.
