1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp grated ginger
1 cup noodles (such as rice noodles or egg noodles)
1 cup mixed bell peppers (such as red, yellow, and green)
1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
