Ingredients

  • 8 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or standard)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

Cook chicken in a skillet with 1/4 cup vegetable oil until browned. Set aside.

In same pan, cook garlic, then add chicken broth, soy sauce, and honey. Simmer for 5 minutes.
