Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup Japanese short-grain rice
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
6-8 sesame seeds
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
