Ingredients

1 pound sashimi-grade salmon, cut into small pieces

1 cup sushi rice

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

1/4 cup grated daikon radish
