2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 cups chicken tikka masala sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half

3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

2 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp ground cumin powder

2 tsp garlic powder, optional

2 tsp ground coriander powder

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup yogurt, 2 lbs chicken cut into 1-inch pieces, 2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp ground cumin powder, 1 tsp ground coriander powder, 2 tsp garlic powder (if using), and 1 tsp salt. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
