Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) package of tamale pie filling
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz) container of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
