Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup brown rice
2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder

Cook rice according to the package instructions.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken with cumin and chili powder. Grill until cooked through.
