Ingredients

2 pounds sweet Italian sausage, casings removed

6 slices of thick-cut bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces

2 large onions, chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup of shredded basil
