Ingredients
Fresh Salmon Fillets (4)
Lemon Juice (2 lemons’ worth)
Chopped Fresh Dill (1/4 cup)
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Olive Oil (for drizzling)
Unsalted Butter (4 tbsp, melted)
Directions

Precision-cut salmon fillets into 4 portions, making sure each is roughly the same size. Set aside.

In a shallow dish, whisk together lemon juice, chopped dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon portions and coat evenly.
