Ingredients
2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
4 large eggs
2 cups of grated carrots
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

P Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans and line the bottoms with parchment paper.
