Ingredients

Bone-in roasted chicken thighs (6-8)
Cured prosciutto (1 block)
Roasted sweet potato (2)
Pickled red onion
Cream cheese (1 cup)
Grilled portobello mushrooms (4)
Crumbly blue cheese (1 cup)
Crackers or toasted baguette slices

Directions
