As I stood at my kitchen counter, surrounded by the comforting scents of simmering herbs and baking dough, I couldn’t help but feel a wave of nostalgia wash over me. It’s a sensation I’ve come to associate with Italian food – the way the aromas transport me to a time and a place that’s both familiar and comforting. For me, a delicious Italian meal is more than just a meal, it’s an experience that warms my heart and soul. Take our Italian Ground Chicken Soup, for example – it’s the perfect remedy for a chilly evening in. But what really sets an Italian meal apart is the bread. And that’s why I’m excited to share with you my latest obsession: this ridiculously easy Italian Herb Flatbread recipe.
