YOGURT BANANA MUFFINS – Healthy & Nutritious

Ingredients

All-purpose flour (1 cup)
Sugar (1/2 cup)
Unsalted butter, melted (1/2 cup)
Large eggs (2)
Mashed banana (2)
Plain yogurt (1 cup)
Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
Salt (1/4 tsp)

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, mashed banana, and plain yogurt.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
